About Julia
I’ve spent the last decade as a chef, writer, and editor. I love combining these roles as a cookbook coauthor and recipe tester.
I worked for years in restaurants, distilleries, and test kitchens, then moved to Los Angeles to work as a private chef for brands and families across the city. As a writer, editor, and recipe developer, my work has appeared in The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, Food 52, EatingWell, Fodor’s, Thrillist, Boston Magazine, and more. I currently collaborate with brands like WÜSTHOF Knives and Bee’s Wrap on editorial features, recipe projects, or other campaigns specific to eating and drinking.
Would you like some help writing your cookbook or crafting your proposal? Interested in boosting your brand impact with original recipes? Want to drop by and say hello? I’d love to connect.
